Best Care LLC will provide CC services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in the community. CC services support individuals with opportunities to build relationships and natural supports in the community, interact with community members, promote safety and independence, and work on personal goals. Best Care LLC will provide CC services in typical community settings as part of the learning environment and on a one-on-one basis, maximizing the learning environment for every individual. Best Care LLC will allow individuals to utilize their CC services as a one-time occurrence or on a recurring basis.
CC services will allow individuals to gain experience in accessing their community competently, confidently, safely, and independently; expose individuals to a variety of cultural, social, recreational, volunteer, and future employment opportunities; and educate individuals on how to access their community while being informed. CC services will allow all individuals to plan, choose, and learn while accessing their community.
